Nurturance Consulting ("Nurturance", "we", "us") provides done-for-you outbound sales and appointment-setting services for FinTech and InsurTech companies. This policy explains what data we handle and your rights over it. It applies to this website and to the services we provide to clients.
Who we are
Nurturance Consulting operates from Miami (United States) and London (United Kingdom), serving clients across the US and UK. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
Information we collect
- Website visitors. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type. We use this to understand and improve the site.
- Enquiries. If you book a call or email us, we collect your name, business email, company and anything you choose to tell us.
- Prospect data (for clients). When running campaigns for a client, we process business contact details of the client's target accounts (name, job title, business email, business phone, company, public professional profiles) to book qualified meetings on the client's behalf.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To run and improve outbound campaigns on behalf of our clients.
- To measure and improve website performance.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Legal basis
Where UK/EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (B2B outreach to relevant business contacts, running our business and website) and, where required, consent or contract. Where US state privacy laws apply, we handle personal information in line with those laws and honour applicable opt-out rights.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: the client a campaign is run for; trusted service providers who help us operate (calling, enrichment, email, calendar, hosting and analytics tools) under appropriate agreements; and authorities where legally required.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and campaign data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Website analytics are retained on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any right, or to be removed from outreach, email [email protected] and we will action it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information we hold.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
